Our booking process works as follows:

• Customers contact us by phone or email to request available flight options.
• Our travel consultants search available fares through authorized airline distribution systems and approved ticketing or consolidator partners.
• Fare details, applicable airline rules, refund and change conditions, and the total price are clearly communicated to the customer by phone and email.
• Payment is collected only after the customer explicitly approves the final itinerary and total fare in writing via email.
• Airline tickets are issued electronically (e-tickets) and delivered to the customer by email.
• Ticket issuance timelines vary depending on the airline and fare type but typically occur within a few hours after payment confirmation.
• All tickets are issued subject to airline fare rules, conditions, and availability.
