Our Price Match Promise

At Global Air Hub, we understand that finding a competitive airfare is an important part of planning your trip. Our Price Match Promise is designed to provide additional confidence when you book eligible flights through us.

If you find a lower publicly available price for the same eligible flight itinerary after booking with Global Air Hub, you may be able to submit a price match request. All price match requests are subject to verification and the eligibility requirements described on this page.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for consideration under the Price Match Promise, your Global Air Hub booking must be valid, confirmed, and eligible for the program. The lower fare must also be publicly available and capable of being verified by our team.

The comparison must be based on the same airline, flight number, travel dates, origin, destination, cabin class, passenger type, fare type, and applicable booking conditions.

The lower fare must be available for purchase at the time the claim is reviewed. Prices that are no longer available or cannot be independently verified may not qualify.

Comparable Fares

For a fare to be considered comparable, the total price must be evaluated on a like-for-like basis. This means the comparison should include the applicable taxes, mandatory fees, and other charges associated with purchasing the ticket.

The itinerary must match the booked itinerary in all material respects, including travel dates, flight numbers, airline, cabin, fare conditions, baggage allowance, passenger count, and other applicable restrictions.

Promotional prices, member-only rates, private or negotiated fares, prices requiring coupons or special codes, and fares subject to unusual restrictions may not be considered comparable.

Price Match Exclusions

Certain fares and offers may be excluded from the Price Match Promise. These may include fares that are not publicly available, expired offers, error fares, auction-based pricing, loyalty-program rates, corporate or negotiated rates, and prices available only to selected customers.

Price differences caused by currency fluctuations, payment processing fees, credit card charges, foreign transaction fees, or differences in optional services may not qualify for a price match.

The Price Match Promise may also exclude packages, promotional bundles, tickets combined with hotels or other services, group bookings, or itineraries that cannot be directly compared with the original booking.

How to Submit a Price Match Claim

If you believe you have found a qualifying lower fare, contact Global Air Hub as soon as possible with the details required to verify the price.

Your request should include your booking reference, passenger details, itinerary information, the lower fare amount, the website or provider where the lower fare was found, and any other information necessary to verify the comparison.

We recommend providing a screenshot or other supporting evidence showing the lower fare, including the applicable taxes, fees, travel dates, flight details, and fare conditions where available.

Verification and Approval

All Price Match claims are reviewed by Global Air Hub and are subject to verification. Our team may attempt to reproduce the lower fare and confirm that it is publicly available, bookable, and comparable to the original booking.

A claim may be declined if the lower price cannot be verified, is no longer available, does not include the same taxes or mandatory fees, or differs from the original booking in material terms.

Approval of a Price Match claim does not guarantee that future bookings or different itineraries will qualify. Each request is evaluated individually according to the applicable terms and conditions.
